Perused the judgment of the writ court as also the alleged
decision dated 3.11.2017 taken in compliance of the same.
On a consideration of the matter and after hearing the parties
the Court is satisfied that merely taking a decision, that too, a
belated one on 3.11.2017 without the same having been
implemented, is no compliance, certainly not which could
absolve the opposite parties from the rigours of the Contempt of
Courts Act 1971. The judgment of the Supreme Court and the
judgment of the Writ Court passed in pursuance thereof seems
not to have been complied in spite of lapse of 5 years.
If the judgment of the Writ Court is not complied in toto, the
said opposite parties shall appear before this Court on
21.12.2017.
