68500 शिक्षक भर्ती परीक्षा के पाठ्यक्रम में उर्दू भाषा शामिल न करने पर मा0 उच्च न्यायालय ने विभागीय सचिव को दिया इस बिंदु पर विचार कर शपथ पत्र प्रस्तुत करने का आदेश
Once, Urdu and Sanskrit were
optional subjects, both in TET and BTC examination, the
applicants who have passed these examination with Urdu would
stand to loose inasmuch as no marks would be allocated to them
for having studied Urdu.
Learned Standing Counsel and Sri A.K. Yadav, learned counsel
have pointed out that examinations have been deferred as of
now.
In such circumstances, it will be appropriate to direct the
Additional Chief Secretary of the Department concerned to
specifically examine this aspect and to file his personal affidavit
within ten days.
Put up as fresh once again on 23.03.2018.
