Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn my attention to an order dated 08th October, 2015 passed by this Court at Allahabad in Writ-A No. 57686 of 2015 (Vishisht B.T.C. Shikshak Welfare Association and others v. State of U.P. and others), wherein the following order has been passed: 

"It is provided that the respondents shall make necessary deductions from the salary of the petitioners towards the G.P.F. fund which shall be subject to the final outcome of the writ petition." 
Learned Standing Counsel has accepted notices on behalf of the State functionaries i.e. respondent nos. 1 to 3, and Sri Neeraj Chaurasiya, learned Advocate, has put in appearance on behalf of respondent nos. 4 and 5. 
Counter affidavit be filed by the respondents within six weeks. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, may be filed within a week thereafter. 

List thereafter. 

The benefit of the order passed in Writ-A No. 57686 of 2015 (supra) is extended to the petitioner also.
