Petitioner has filed this writ petition with following prayers:-

It is noticed from the material placed on record that in relation to issue sought to be raised in this petition, a co-ordinate Bench of this Court has passed a detailed order in Public Interest Litigation Petition No. 11028 of 2015, wherein, ultimately the directions have been issued in the following manner :

"We accordingly, allow the writ petition by directing that the State and the District Administration shall not requisition the services of the teachers in primary schools and junior high schools for carrying out such work which is without the authority of law. At the same time, the State and its agencies would be at liberty to make all appropriate arrangements including by recruiting contractual employees if it is so considered necessary for carrying our ministerial duties, such as the verification of eligible families for the allotment of ration cards."

If there be any grievance suggestive of the non-compliance or violation of the order already passed by this Court, the petitioner is free to take recourse to appropriate remedies available to him in accordance with law, but in our view for the same matter there is no need to entertain another Public Interest Litigation and to issue further orders in the matter.

The PIL petition, therefore, stands dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to appropriate remedies available to him in accordance with law.

Order Date :- 8.7.2015
