हर जिले में रखे जाएंगे दो-दो सीएम निपुण भारत सहयोगी

लखनऊ। प्रदेश में परिषदीय प्राथमिक विद्यालयों के छात्रों को मूलभूत भाषा और गणित कौशल में निपुण बनाने की विभिन्न स्तर पर कवायद चल रही है। इस क्रम में शासन की ओर से शिक्षा सुधार की पहल को गति देने के लिए मुख्यमंत्री निपुण भारत सहयोगी की भर्ती की जाएगी। हर जिले में दो-दो कुल 150 निपुण भारत सहयोगी रखे जाएंगे।

बेसिक शिक्षा विभाग की ओर से इसके लिए www.cmnba.in पर आवेदन मांगे गए हैं। ऑनलाइन आवेदन शनिवार से शुरू हो गए हैं। 20 अगस्त तक आवेदन किए जा सकेंगे। इसमें यूजी पीजी के साथ - कार्य अनुभव रखने वाले और एनआईआरएफ टॉप 100 रैंकिंग वाले विश्वविद्यालय, कॉलेज के 60 फीसदी अंकों के साथ पास युवा आवेदन कर सकते हैं। इन्हें हिंदी और अंग्रेजी भाषा में मौखिक व लेखन में विशेषज्ञता होनी चाहिए।

About CMNBA

In 2021, the Ministry of Education, Government of India, launched the NIPUN Bharat Mission to achieve universal Foundational Literacy and Numeracy among primary school students across the country. To meet the goals of NIPUN Bharat Mission, the Department of Basic Education, Government of Uttar Pradesh has launched a state-wide education transformation initiative Chief Minister's NIPUN Bharat Associates with Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow as the Knowledge Partner.

Under this programme, a dynamic cohort of 150 associates will be placed in all the 75 districts of Uttar Pradesh to drive successful implementation of the NIPUN Bharat Mission, and thereby ensure that every primary school student is proficient in foundational literacy and numeracy skills by 2025-26.

About You

You are self-driven individual and can take full ownership for improving the education outcomes of the district. You are passionate about working round the clock and are committed to making a meaningful contribution to state's development journey. You are adept at navigating through complexity and ambiguity and exhibit stellar leadership skills to be able to actively debottleneck day-to-day challenges by co-working with Govt. stakeholders. You are devoted to excellence and have excellent project management and technical skills.

Role of CMNBA

Chief Minister NIPUN Bharat Associate would co-work with senior administrative leadership of the district to solve for foundational literacy and numeracy challenges across the district and streamline implementation of NIPUN Bharat mission. Day-to-day responsibilities of a CMNBA would include the following-

1. To track district, block and school level progress on NIPUN.

2. To devise corrective measures for poor-performing blocks/schools by co-working with Govt. stakeholders 3. To debottleneck day-to-day issues by collaborating with field officers.

4. To build capacity and provide mentorship support to all field officers through regular workshops.

5. To support Govt stakeholders in driving quality data-backed reviews regularly.

Eligibility Criteria

An applicant must meet the following criteria as on July 1, 2023- 1. The applicant should be an Indian citizen with an age between 22-27 years

2. The applicant should be proficient in both oral and written Hindi and English 3. The applicant should be graduate with a minimum 60% of marks (or equivalent CGPA) with minimum 2 years full-time work experience OR post-graduate with a minimum 60% of marks (or equivalent CGPA) with a minimum 1 year full-time work experience

4. The applicant must have earned graduate or post-graduate degree from NIRF top 100 universities/colleges (as per NIRF 2022 rankings)

Compensation and benefits

1. Monthly stipend of Rs. 30,000/- month 2. Housing and medical allowance of Rs. 10,000/- month

3. A laptop and a pool car will also be provided to associates in their allocated district
